You are responsible for your health and well-being. Please advise us of any medical issues, or requests that would help us to better accommodate you throughout the workshop. We will provide an emergency medical information form for in-person workshops. Online workshops will rely upon you to make the choices that best serve you in your own physical and emotional care and well-being. Thank you.
